Lamp bug

I have a lamp that i buy from the mall and it seems working b4 the updates..From what i have noticed is that its not the effect that i wanted like its description "enlight the dark around you" but it drops my hp until i have only 1hp..and after i keep try using it again,its become like a hp recover pots..seems like a bug..
