Dragon Raja Global

It appears I require visual studio 2010 dll file whenever I update, this is happening on a fresh install as well as a normal update.
I am deleting the version file and running update.exe as an administrator as required in windows 7, I've also tried update/fresh installs on windows xp & vista to no avail. Everything was operating fine prior to today's update.

Sorry forgot to add files it's requiring, MSVCP100.dll. There is additional files in the folder such as crashrpt1300.dll and crashsender1300.exe this error reporter also asks for the MSVCP100.dll file. The file size of the Dragon Raja executable is also dramatically smaller than that of it's previous version (now 1.7mb was 4.2mb)
