a Problem about the warrior skill - Lighting Boom

i play this game for a long time, since the first day of the server started.
I am sure the function/the level of damage of this warrior skill was been changed to fewer than 10% ( origin is 58% , and the problem was 1 month ago)
becoz this is a big problem for me to go leveling alone (will be much slower) can you please fix it? not only for me, but for everyone.
