Feel Pill or 2x exp still bug

i use pill now, but can't feel it have use, same as 2x only
(if 2 x exp on, use pill = 4x)
Don't know is pill bug or 2x still bug
i relog still same as before(i saw sever notice and then relog)
and i feel sever very lag(sometime screen stop)
GM PLS SLOVE IT ASAP

There was never any announcement of x2 exp being turned on. I think it's off.

My brother is leveling a 5x archer, it is definitely NOT on. We are Yllse.

For this event, there was an announcement but usually there aren't. The server is set to turn them on automatically.
