Is Critical hability/rares working?

I have a G8 Critical rare and my char hits a critical once every 20 times. Its supose to increase critical chance 28% , its normal i have 1 critical every 20 hits? For me isnt working fine. Someone have any suggestion?

It isnt supposed to increase ur chance.... it increase the dmg per critical hit only...

Help say : "Increance 28% critical chance " what i understan is that i will have more critical hits and no more damage.

BTW without the item i have 1 critical every 25 hits ( 4% chance ) , whith the item i have 1 crit every 20 hits ( 5% chance ) . ¿ So the chance increase of 28% ( G8) means going from 4% to 5% ?

We did similar testing with a coin-won g9 or g10 noob armor critical and saw exactly same results including no increase in critical damage making this rare type more or less useless crap.
