dairy job lumbering : NPC not give sardynx

i finished to GM Lumberjack and do dairy quest for get 1 sarx + 1,000,000 crit
but NPC In Barantan giveme only 1,000,000 crit.
however I ask someone in YIles . They ask for my invertory full. really when i go send quest i clear my invertory for to 5 - 10 chanal.
They said send this Bugs to GM.
I need do it by Ticket to but dont know for do.
My chars name payuTH in Yiles
