She got her dual class quest bugged, jump to quest 1 again... got screens to prove...


also she sended ticket... check it pls...

If I'm not wrong, you may keep doing your quests normally (if you aren't done yet) cuz they may fix it anytime without any loss.

First part is probably true, though I'll ask them to confirm and relay the message to you.

Second part, I don't know. There's a influx of tickets currently so Phalanx is getting swomped. I guesstimate if you make a ticket right now, the delay is a minimum of 2 weeks.

friends of mine did make tickets about a month ago and we seen people as GAMEKING asking for his legend hat dropped coz full bag for half year lol :S :S :S :S
