my mining still keep at lvl5...none else happen
for the party....
we only can get exp from teammates but cant get the spell and weapon..

minning and other jobs changed now need to make quests to up ur job level...

tatics (spell and weapon) system have changed too.
you now got a cap based on your level, so you can't raise too much your TT depending on your level.
About Jobs, take a look on the In-game Help.
