We have put it so it only work if the person you try to attack has also partied.

maybe he means that both side have to party each other then only it works.

i think it is fair.... only players that type /guildparty or /nationparty is free from attacks... if someone dont party this way he is elegible for attack

yes and i think this is right cause if you party nation and someone dont party nation then your attack wont work on then but theyr attack will work on you so only ppl that used the command /partynation should be free from attack but if you find someone who didnt used this command you should be able to attack him and he will be able to attack you

these commands dont seem to work always (even when both players hv typed them)
