its bugged doesnt change

what is this?
Higher Materials can now be found in towns
i thought something like now npcs sell higher stuff but not =/

Means you can now mine and cut higher gems/logs.

The ping hasn't been put correctly clientside, it works on mine cause I fixed that. It will work in next update.
