i dont know if already been reported, after i get to the max TT for the lvl, the tt exp bar gets bugged (green line goes almost to the right side fo the screen and stay there until lvl again), the weapon becomes unwearable, if u take out you are unable to put back, if you keep using nothing happens, and also dont get any exp (from hitting mobs, not leeching)

open your tactics page on "Q" and the bar should go away

altho idk why this happens

yea, every time i get to the max tt it gets bugged, when i lvl up the green bar goes away and the tt comes back to normal, i dont get any exp while the tt is bugged, and the weapon im using becomes unwearable (DC1 shining bow), it happened 3 times while lvling

let me explain how it happens:

i was lvling at lvl 117, 137 tt. When the tt got to 138 the green bar goes almost to the right side of the screen, i took out trying to fix the tt but when i was goin to put it back it said it was unwearable, after i got to lvl to 118 (leeching), the tt became normal,

later, on 118, same thing happened, but i didnt took out the bow, could keep firing, getting normal exp, but i didnt got any TT exp while the tt was bugged, after i got to 119, went everything normal

i already made a topic about this then. tactics leeching caps seems also to be the tactics lvling cap
