dbl click on teleport NPC from specific place [note: u]

1. Sand in Barantan in cords 293,75 (placed neer the notice NPC)
2. Duble click on the Teleport NPC (278,68) (EDIT: click next to the NPC not on him...)
3. See that the cher start to run and then teleport to 293, 75 again.
