first of all, my combat level is 42, so that level 21 requirement is out of the question....
at the moment i have my mining GM registered without a problem (around a week ago). Now I have blacksmithy and fishing at 99, doing any more daily give my crits and tells me my level is at maximum (but doesn't raise my lvl to 99.9999). at guild houses, with all the required mats they still tell me I don't have any skill ready to be registered as GM.
