Cant relog

Cant relog

here 9h46 am (-5 gmt) or 13h44 server time. I log out and when relog it said *ID/Password Incorrect*.
I look on the web site and my id and pass is correct.So i cheack with other and other poeple got the same error like me.So i think the a server problem.
