Bug about create the guild mark!!

Dear GM and All Player,
My Name in Game is TinGMonArcH
I want to create a guild, but when i enter the vice-chairperson, and the rank name,
I can't create the guild mark.
When i enter yes, it always repeat"It don't not exist the files"
But i already create and guild mark and create and file in DR file and put them in the correct position.
In fact, I done it before for other guild and it is sucessful.
So, I don't know why??
Please help me!!

you need to make the mark out of the game, it needs to be in .bmp format, then make a folder in ur DR Root folder called "Mark" and put ur image in there, i hope thats right its been a while lol if not someone else will correct me

I just made one yesturday and it worked. Is your mark a .bmp file and is it 29x35?

Correct Size (29*35 Pixel)
Correct File Format (.BMP) I also believe it has to be 256 BMP
Correct Folder (Mark)
Correct File Name (Mark)

Does your DR folder look like the one in the screenshot where you have a Mark folder in the main DR folder than the image is named Mark.bmp?

You can download the "sample mark" from my webpage and just past your guild mark onto it and save if you're not sure if the format is correct.
