Mining Grand Master Bug!

GM,
My character Name called TinGMonArcH in Yllse, Today I can't become a Mining Grand Master !
I have all the item!(5 Topazes, 16 Beryls, 32 Emeralds and 1,000,000)
and also have mining skill 99.999999
But, the npc said that "you do not have the required item to register as a Grand Master!

Please check the problem and sove it!

You can't give stacked item to the GM NPC, split your stuff.

unstack ur items (put them all out in quantities of 1) except for the crits :p
