Wizard cast bugs.

Many of times that i try to cast some spells, it says me the same that when I am casting and i push again F1(for example), the sentence in grey colour. I have 2 pcs and when it occurs this, in my another pc i see my character casting, although really i am not casting in my screen. Please help.
