Login: Network Error 10054

Randomly I'm getting a "Network Error 10054" message (small notice window with OK button) when trying to login. It does not happen very often and simply trying again usually works so it's not a big problem. It doesn't crash the client either.
I assume 10054 is the socket error which would mean connection reset by peer if I am not mistaken. Win7 is my OS btw.

One of the recent updates might cause this, or I just didn't notice the error before or was lucky I didn't get it before.

If it belongs more into the tech support forum feel tree to move (should be client related though).
