tactic cap bug

2 bugs

first : the big green line

second : when your at the max your tactic change to 1 you still do the same dmg but you cant change weapon

u can press Q and click on tactic tab to kill the big green bar

no it doenst work since i have max tt for my lvl just stays like that until i lvl
