Magery tt
not sure if its a bug or if its been reported but all classes have a tt cap of 20 tt lvl's higher than there lvl as far as i know, Except mages? there is a mage with 180 magery so hows that work?.

Indeed, seems the cap was missing on magery. Thanks for reporting, it will be fixed at next reboot.
