Bug NPC mining at sedless (29,338)

I found bug on NPC at Sedless(29,338) for Mining Quest.
NPC request 20 new Pikes.
1. I buy 20 Pikes from BS Shop and gv NPC , but NPC don't acccept.
2. I made 20 Pikes at BS Shop and gv NPC , but NPC don't acccept.
3. I made 20 Pikes infront of that NPC Sedless(29,338) and gv NPC , but NPC don't acccept.I hv screen shot in attch. file.
Hope u to gv the solution.
