Dunno if this bug is found or not.
1. Magery and Orison are not leechable when they are equal to or over 100. Of course, the player is also equal to or over 100Lv.
2. Weapon tatics are not leechable when a character is equal to or over 100Lv and the Weapon tatics is 100. When the Weapon tatics is over 100, then they become leechable. Just 1Lv of tatic is not leechable.
