TB bug still existing

could you explain this?

you mean that we can use the tiberns gift enganged (100 k hp) and use ex earth without lose the bonus hp of the tiberns gift?
couse that was what patch fixed, the use of the tiberns gift engaged (warrior can reach more than 100000 hp when tiberns gift is activated, and thief can reach more than 70000 hp when tiberns gift its activated) and use other skill tree without lossing that hp, now if you chance to eart/ligth or wind/ice you lose that extra amount of hp
