Ticket says "SOLVED" but still bugged.

My friend want to complete his dual symbol but he still unable to get it.
Can you do review his case ? got this problem for months already.

The forum is NOT for ticket replies/information etc. If he thinks its not solved, he can reopen the ticket and it will be fixed eventually.
