GM when u really free to reply the ticket?

hello n good evening gm can i know whats happening why till now no gm gonna reply ticket but can reply others ppl topic at forum isit all gm really not free at all...can please have a look at the ticket that have been send while gm can reply ppl topics and i am sorry that im dont meant to call the gm to do their jobs but what i see is other player just post the topic can be reply so asap how about my at least i can know that ur ady answer me at one of my topics or maybe ticket. dragonraja global player -blackhand- thank you

u provide enough details?
if you dont provide enough details, it will take ages to get ticket solve. From my experience, information detail is a key part as I forgot to provide the day and time once, it takes 2-3 months for a reply with saying please provide date and time.

Indeed.
With DETAILED info, my tickets mostly get solved within a few days ( 2-5 )

GMSP just said he been really busy.
We are the problem, cant see the difference when he´s busy or not T.T
