650 str - 650 con - mace 101 - dual class one - he fits all requireement but can't use

Is he trying to use double axe or mace? There is a difference...

Make sure you have the right tactic raised...

its a double axe i fits all the requirement but the problem is the weopon show requirement male
my character is male that the problem...
