Dual Class additional statpoint

Since LP's site down, I couldnt find these information, I need all classes from D1 to D5 additional statpoint, if anyone can share that would be very much appreciated!

Lord Knight, BladeSinger, Paladin
majority go LordKnight tho

King, it depent if it's a main char, wich item you will use, you're tt, what u want to pk, the server environnement and population too.
