Enchant Hammer can make all item effect?
e.g.Mantle,Shield can?
or only can box and ring?
have effect item can add enchant?e.g. rare
effect is red(+1,2,3,4) / blue?(g1-g5) or red only

You can use enchant hammer on mantles and rings as well as weapons and armours. It will not work on shields (Anything it won't work on, it will not be used). You can also use it on a item that already has a effect, however this will erase the current effect.

Effects can be +1/+2 red or G1/G2 blue with a random effect. If it fails you will receive another item (secret,money,gemstone,etc.).

Really depend on luck, many random things, randon grade and rares and sucess/fail!!
Also, very low chance to get enchant hammer
If fail, all thing (the item and hammer) will destroyed!!
May be only very rich ppl want try!!

it all about feel of games
