Strike: attackers dmg * rare
Counter: attackers max HP * rare
20% chance to activate when equiped with g1 or greater

Yes, but it feels like ALOT MORE THAN THAT!
I hit some warrior called "Lucky" in war once, every time I hit him with multi or even half a multi my HP dropped to 1k.

1 multi = 5 arrows. 5 *20% = 100%. Statistically, every multi means 1 arrow will be reflected. Archers have much lower hp than warriors. Before I quit, you were hitting pretty damn hard. I'm sure you hit harder now. G5 strike is 173% reflect. If lucky is using g10 strike, he would have low AC so you do more damage to him and it's like 300+% reflected back at your archer with lore hp.

The best thing to do is to mix strike + counter. Even g4 strike + g4 counter works better than g8 strike or g8 counter in most cases. That's what I found when testing at least.
I would say if you fight someone with high damage (high tt char or good rares) use strike. If you fight a low tt char, use counter. More damage = strike work better.
I'm not sure if/when I will be back.

g2 counter
Counter: 20%
g2 strike
Strike: 20%
g1 counter + g1 strike
Counter or Strike: 40%
Counter and Strike: 4%

strike OR counter > nothing. What I said still stands true. I never said it's better because it does more damage.

nor did i, i was just explaining to everyone why a mix would most likely be a better solution if you apply some statistics
