good cords in VD2

could someone share some good cords in vd2
I'm new here and dunno where the good places are.
I normally lvl with two priests, 1 tank, and 1 blaster (me).
also I like to know how many tooth per/person for the entry fee.

it's 1 tooth/person to enter vd2 and 1 tooth or 1 sand / person to enter the vd2 rooms (depending on the room)

mm = mana metal
it drops from sandworms in vd2 and it's needed for g2 symbole and entering vd3 (and 1 vd3 room)
