May I know how to get Raja Emblem and also CS books?
I need CS Books though to upgrade my thief's skills, and I don't think it's being drop by mobs like how it used to years ago? OR am I wrong?

You can get CS books by killing mobs. You also get some by leveling up. Don't hesitate to ask other players, I'm sure a lot of them have spares.

Regarding RE, you can either buy them on the website or trade items with other players in exchange of RE.
