Job Skills After Level 75?

How have people been getting job skill GMs so fast? For Butchering, I'm only getting 1 level a day after level 75, yet some how other people have already gotten to GM? Is there some way to get more than 1 level a day after level 75?

There are 4 locations to get quests from after 75 for butchering (Primary Job). 3 locations to get quests from after 75 for secondary jobs.
After the reboot happens, you can go back to the NPC (that you gained 1-75 from), and it will tell you all the locations for that job.

The location on Impel (169.361) that NPC doesn't say anything to me!!!
