Daily Quest Random?

Are daily quests random or do you get them in a specific order for everyone? Just wondering because I'm working on the quest guides.

but each NPC has a set of quests right? Like for mining 1 npc is killing things. It will just cycle through a certain set of quests?

Yes, also seems that there are 2 npc's with random quests while the 2 others always give out the same quest.

they all gave me diff quests each time so far

Jewelcrafter in heltern has been asking me for 22 crystals and 5 iron ingots since i hit 75 mining. Killing quest in impel has also been the same i think (although i haven't really bothered reading it lately 
)

There are 4 Daily Quest NPCs for each job.
For jobs such as Butchering
2 NPCs will ask for raw mats..
example:
15 Mujina Skins, 5 Orc Skins
25 Orc Skins
25 Scorpion Scales
25 Manscorpion Armor
1 NPC will ask for items.
example:
20 Baskets with Water
20 Butcher's Knife
1 NPC will ask you to hunt monsters
example:
Hunt 20 Goblins
Hunt 20 Stone Golems
Hunt 25 Slimes
The order they ask for these things that are listed are random.
