We just tested a bit with GMSpherix if attack speed is affected by the dexterity you have.
Here are the results.

Weapon used: G15 bow
Target: TTdummy
Dexterity: 1
Time: 10s
Times attacked: 14+-1

Weapon used: G15 bow
Target: TTdummy
Dexterity: 760
Time: 10s
Times attacked: 14+-1

It is safe to conclude that dexterity alone does not affect attack speed or if it does you can barely notice it

You could just have asked me and I would say: no.

True or false, strength makes you hit higher? And if so, does it effect knifes/arrows/staffs as well? or just warrior weps? I've heard it increases damage slightly, never tested for myself

Stats will make a smaaaaaaall difference... not exactly strength.

If you get lv 101 and reset stats > blast > put stats > blast again, you gonna see the difference

Attack speed is not changed with stats Attack speed is constant all across the board. The only thing that affects your attack speed is your communication with your computer to the server and the server to your computer.

There have been discussion and some players belive archer is better blaster because of higher dex score, im just pointing it out it isnt.
Also new players may have this question.
