Finding Brother Quest

The NPC in Hegemonia (147,439) ignores me, when his brother in (32,522) gives me Awake Liquid to him. Just want to know if this quest is still avaiable.

try typing /quest on

go back to 32 522 and talk to that npc, maybe you haven't finished the conversation yet.

Are you sure it is for Piola Brothers?
Isnt awake liquid to be delivered in West Glade?
