What are the 2 rare type groups for candles, potions and foods? What are the 6+ rare effects? How long does G1/G2/G3/G4/G5 food/candles/potions last?

I'd look it up myself but I don't have GM jobs on this server -.-;

Mystic
Spell Up : Increases magic damage (+12 for 60s, +24 for 130s, +36 for 270s?)
Spell Time Up : Increases magic duration (+4% for 60s)
Stealth : Invisibility for a fixed time
Slight : Decreases magic casting time (-3% for 30s)
Resist Up : Increases resistance vs. all magic types (+2 for 60s)
Invalid Magic Vigor : Nullifies incoming enemy attack-type magic (30s, 70s?, 150s?)
Invalid Curse : Nullifies incoming enemy curse-type magic (30s, 70s?, 150s?)
Invalid Resist : Ignores target's magic resistance (30s, 70s?, 150s?)

Power Up : Increases physical attack power (+10 for 60s, +20 for 130s, +30 for 270s)
Speed Up : Increases movement speed (+2 for 60s)
