I want to be able to control the initiation of dancing multiple ice. Is there a proper technique for this or is it just random?

Hm, I find it occurs more often when I am close to my target and immediately move back after launching an Ice Blast. Then the ice starts dancing with me. It's quite convenient if you are doing an Ice Death while your target runs towards you, as your 2nd blast is likely to be right next to him, as you move back the Ice dances, incurring even more damage to your target.

i know to do it with fb it might be the same, u cast it whan ur very close range and then pass him witch will make the fb start dancing with ur moves, the derction u run the magic will run too

this should be in bug section right?

well that is a "bug" but ice death, dbl ex and many more are bugs.....
if this one remove all the ather should be remove too

yes the others are also bugs and i do agree they should be fixed if possible.. but this one is the bug that looks more like a bug from this list.. it is indead stupid you being able to guide your own skills cause the animation/action got bugged while fighting.. the others at least looks like a skilled move

lol its a skill to control this bugs, all of them, to crate this bug and controlled it i keep trained on it for severl days, i bet some of the thief done the same as me, with dbl ex.
i think its only hadding to the game, cos this bugs can be only contrulled or get a good use only with alot of skill and train.
i once ( yes that happend only once and i couldn't replicate it) killed a d3 with super strong rissit rares, by a fb that hitted 15 times

if you fix double ex i quit. lol

fix line ice as a mini nerf to the OP thief

double ex being fixed would mean thief and arcer being totally unplayable. i dont believe it should be fixed.
