Mining Spawn Rate & Mining/BS items list to gain up till 75

How long does it take for the special ore spawns to regenerate so that people are able to mine them again and also is there a post somewhere or somewhere else I can find a list of ore needed to get up till 75 and items needed to create for blacksmith. That way I can make or mine them ahead of time to make things easier.

I think its based on how many people are online.. I haven't gotten on at all recently, but I could almost always find a couple of spots every day.
