I see topic for Desire rare in this forum and i try that but i think not work more ....
[ i cant use english good some word maybe wrong just say sorry first ^^]]

then i have some question .....

GRADE % effect
G1 18
G2 27
G3 45
G4 63
G5 82

for meaning of "NOT FULL HP" mean if i have HP 30000K when My Hp drop at 30000K , 28000 K, 25000K 20000K , and use Desire G1 and normal Damage 10000K i m got effect 10000+1800 = 11800 right?

OR....
need my Hp drop at 18000K too desire working?

mean... the rule need my Hp drop like % of grade Desire Desire Therefore work?
