is there any different between700 and 800 INT (casting time) coz i cant feel there is different or the server capped the casting time to certain %?
pls advice.

i have tried that when i repoint
feel same casting speed after 670 INT
seems that it exists limited casting speed i think
by the way
though no difference on casting time
it is different on magic stay time of buffers
for example
Z lasting 5 min and 30 sec when INT = 682 ( d2 max )
but lasting 6 min and 14 sec when INT = 742 ( d3 max )
all numbers only for reference not exactly

I have 700 INT and I already have max casting speed. I tried with a G8 Casting and nothing changed. I guess the only notable difference would be if you're blued.

It should. Revival should take forever to cast SS for example.

Tested before, wis no any effect on casting time!
But higher wis will get longer buff (such as Z and sfd)
