there's no need to make it more difficult then it edi is. castle war already has a system where u can vote for a commander. y not use the same system for local war?

We want to make crit used for some type of protection for your nation. So this will allow players to vote for what they want to add for protection. (Many options we could use for this)
Commander is useless as you can pretty much see in castle war. Whats the use of it? We want to improve the systems to make better use of them.
