it's look like crazy hardcore finding db/cyc skins for this 'quest' for lvl 100 - 107 CC. btw, this 'problem' is very waste more times n need to GM take fix seriously.

Seems fine to me, it's not easy and that's how it should be.
Besides you should see it like this: You go DB to level up and at the same time you have a change of getting DB skins.
Or are you suggesting leveling up also takes too much time? In that case you might wanna go to a high-rate server.

Then again I hate it being based on luck since some people get 20 skins in 4-5 hours. Maybe make them drop at a certain rate? like 1 skin every 30 bears or so.

just go from CC straight to lvl 107 (yes i mean 107 and not 105) and then get -exp cuz then u're able to lvl at both db and cyc (get full exp from them) while hunting skins u need (enough for an entire part if u want to reach max tt for ur lvl)

I don't really see that as a problem, randomness is part of the game and that lucky person could be you.

Which would be equal to a 1 to 30 chance of being dropped. There can be hardly any other system.

The only thing which could be changed is a dice-system just as every mmorpg seems to have.

i got plenty of DB skin when i lvled there, but CYC skins is so little...maybe am unlucky

No it wouldn't be equal, for example I have extremely bad luck with DB skins, 1 skin every 50-60 DB is not fun. This would rule out good/bad luck.
I have nearly max tt for level 107 and I haven't got enough DB skins for 2 people even.

No it wouldn't be equal, for example I have extremely bad luck with DB skins, 1 skin every 50-60 DB is not fun. This would rule out good/bad luck.

Chance... its in every single MMORPG game you will play. If you raised the chance a skin will drop any more, you might as well give G1 symbols for free. Thats how common a dark bear skin will be.

Its pretty sad that so many people play MMORPG games and don't understand these simple concepts.

I understand that for something like drop rate of epic drops like legends, but dark bear skins.. it's like a mission/quest item to improve your character. The same with cyc skins. You need them anyway and they aren't some uber epic drops, making them a little less about lucky wouldn't be that bad imo. We're not talking about maze drops here.
