Really easy to see. You watch on the logs if someone repeat the same loop then it's a macro.

If I'm a priest tanking at DBs I'm staying in the same place and repeatedly pressing F6+Right click. Won't even need to move. How is that different from a macro :o

I don't think it is macroing they don't want. They want us all to actually play game, not get high lvl and be nowhere around. More fun when people are around. :lol:
