Newbie needs help with job

hello everyone!
am new around and well this is my very first time playing Dragon Raja!
and well i know the jist of most things except the job system...
am a lumberjack and well i've been cutting trees for hours now and well still level 5??
how do i check how much skill points i have and how do i know what tree's i can cut?

Job experience can only be gained by completing quests. There's a quest NPC for each job. The location of the NPC that will give you the quest depends on what nation you're playing in.

is there a certain lvl where you need to reach before you can start training ya job skill? cuz i found my NPC but he keeps saying i have nothing to teach you

once u leanred the job the right job npc will give u quests. if this npc doesnt give u the quest, it should mean this isnt the right npc yet
