i see many ppl selling this gemstone...can anyone explain me this quest?where is the npc and what we need to do to get this x100 exp?i wanna buy one of this gemstones buy i dont know how to do this quest, and where is npc.thx for help

second to last one. When you talk to him with the blitz gemstone, put party exp in exp/tt/spell to get the reward exp in one of the 3 areas.
