Some Suggestions about Red Rares Items(except laser weapon)!

I have some suggestions about Red Rares item! (except laser weapons)
First, all red rares have four grade (i.e: +1, +2, +3 and +4), a rough estimate of the red rares effect+1 equal to G0.5 of blue rares and +4 equal to G2 blue rares!!
We can get Red rares item only from killed monster in everywhere, maze quest and some events.
The chance of getting suitable and useful red rares items a really small!
I think many people had this experience which was after hitting many monster or finish a maze quest, you only get a +1 red rare items, however it was really useless due to G0.5 effect.
Let take force, hardest and resist all as example!!
Force: +1 only +5, +4 only +20
Hardest: +1 only +3, +4 only +11
Resist all: +1 only +1, +4 only +4
The effect of red rares (especially +1 one) are really low!
My suggestion is "can GM team create a quest to upgrade some Red rares item such as D1-3 items which hit in vd. Rings and Gem boxes."
A quest may be similar to upgrade level 5 SC!!!
I believe this change can make the game become more funny and special! (Just like in this server, we can upgrade our SC to level 5.)
However, for laser weapons, this is the exceptional case because laser weapons already +3 grade and powerful enough, however, GM team can also think about it, because the above suggestion and detail just my own opinion!
Someone may argue that This suggestions may make red rares become too powerful!
However, in my opinion, even though the effect of the highest grade of red rares (+4) also only give similar with Blue rares G2, Is it become too powerful?? I don't think so!!
Anyway, this just my own feeling and suggestion, so hope other players can come and give some opinion and comment on this issue!!
Hope GMs team can really think about this suggestion seriously!
