steal sugestion

this is my sugestion to make stealing viable and more fun:
> decrease succes rate
> make it a lvl 100+ skill
> when someone steals an item, that item becomes untradeable and unwearable for the next 5 not dead played hours, offline and ghost time dont count
> during the 5 hours, if the thieve dies in the same map as the item owner, the item returns to the owner
> make a server generated board of the last steals showing item and thief and top thieves.

Instead of making people steal just after level 100, should be able to steal from someone who's 5 levels within yours.

3 and 4:pointless, people will desconect the moment they get something then log in town or other place and wait.

not posible to steal from dead players or in town or events7:create more epensive and stronger traps.
as for 3 and 4 i will rather make the item have in big letters "stolen item" and making the item drop when being used by players that are not the original user.
