All the PK rules are being changed for you because GMSignPainter can't control his emotions from being a player and a GM. He threatened to permanent ban Karvinen, what a sad individual.

We still have monopoly over the most prized pocession you need. Dragon scale and dual 3 legends. Good luck taking that away

So are you going to whine later on when all of us are dual 4 and you can't be??? Well, enjoy your worthless Dual 1/2 legends and congrats on finally gaining materials to get dual 3.
