Should be modified to protect those who clearly are out leveled by an individual. If a player goes around pking people leveling and is within 10-15 levels, or is a low level, should not be considered harassment. The fact that these high levels are hiding behind such a rule is disgusting DR is a game that revolves around PK, the harassment rules in place are ridiculous and is just killing what the game is about. On all previous servers you were able to go to just about any leveling map; vd, wg, heg, ect... and would ALWAYS find a pk battle going on. It was what made the game FUN, now every time you even tab to pk mode you have pansies going "NO PK" even dual 3s when it is 4vs1 are crying out for no PK. Really now? Really? Of course there will always be an exception, like those who are actually harassing via pk, like Marcos, i<3u Marcos, and yes they should be punished but at the current state it is just retarded. The only PK that goes on now is in War (not really, everyone aims stones and completely ignores PK) and dungeons (rofl for now, until they make the other 3 of the week non-pk).

Maybe people just want to level in peace and not loose time on their pills?
IF you want PK, there is a place for it called Arena.

You pathetic, the sight of any pk anywhere you crumble like a cracker. When leveling instantly go: "WHAAAAAAH WAHHH MOMMY NO PK PLZ NO" and in dungeons you just afk. How you even consider yourself a respectable pker is beyond me, cause truthfully its pathetically sad to see 3 dual 3s and a dual 2, 3 of which are equal or higher level, equivalent rares, and one who is slightly lower to cower in the sight of a single player.

Then the fact that you abused your powers and banned my thief for pking you while leveling during the double xp compensation, even though you were the one that wasn't following the guidelines set by the harassment rules and I was.

I'm not afk, I ask you not bother me, and every day that I try to train you are bothering , day after day, and no excuses that you are the lowest level, because I will not respond to your provocations. I will not fight you (even i know that i can kill you)I'm only want train in peace, and knows that is not the first time I am going to report harassment. you had a warning, time ago.

Go ahead and report rofl... the incidents of PK aren't within 2 hours so according to the rules you e-lover wrote, I'm not breaking them and the only reason I got banned was from power hungry abusive SignPainter trying to win the affection of the maiden JuNyP through leveling her priest to 150.
