Halloween Event

I thought maybe it's a good idea to expand it for 1-2 weeks, since it's a great way to give people the opportunity from every nation to gain dual fame/fame, exp in a fair way. Just a thought.

heheh Christmas coming.. they will make an event for sure.. hallowen have to finish 1 day
